About Us (T&C’s)
Welcome
Here at Kingdom&co we are a small family run business in the UK. All our wax is made from 100% soy wax and made in house by hand. We also hand make a selection of our moulds and packaging.
Restocks
Our restocks are every Friday at 7pm but stock can sell out fast!
Picking & Packing
Every order is appreciated and we take our time to hand pick and pack with the utmost care.
Postage & Delivery
Postage is charged according to the total weight of your order (which will be clearly marked at checkout phase).
Once you've placed your order, we aim to have your goods dispatched within 3-5 working days. Orders are shipped either via RM48 hour standard delivery unless arranged otherwise direct for larger heavier orders.
Delivery Time
All delivery times are estimates only and we will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods.
Please note a “Working Day” is defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday excluding public holidays in England.
Openbox
We offer a openbox option which is available at the postage section of the checkout. This is combined with our add on option and will not charge postage at this point. You can place as many orders as desired using this option to consolidate into one big order. When you are ready to close your box simply select the close Openbox postage option on your last order.
You can also use this option to add any missed items from an order you have already paid postage on, both orders will be combined automatically with no additional postage to pay.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your items for any reason please contact us at kingdomandcosales@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to provide the return details. Items must be returned in their original packaging and done so within 14 days of agreeing a return with us in order for a full refund.
Non Refundable Products
Monthly boxes are also non refundable as these are made to order as per your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, please make sure this is done before your payment date if you no longer require the following months box.
Faulty or Damaged
If you believe your items are faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and images of the products you believe are not fit for purpose. We will then be able to evaluate the issue and advise on further action.
